We are Hiring a Research Consultant

DEADLINE: 13TH JANUARY, 2025.

The Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) seeks to engage a consultant to lead a project aimed at identifying and mobilizing alumni of Low-Fee Private Schools (LFPS) in the Greater Accra Region. This initiative aims to harness alumni contributions toward advocacy, mentorship, and resource mobilization for their alma maters. The consultant will play a pivotal role in conducting a tracer study and providing actionable insights for establishing a sustainable alumni network.

Note:

The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive tracer study on Low-Fee Provate Schools(LFPSs) alumni to identify how they can support LFPSs fthorugh advocacy, mentorship and resource mobilization for enhanced learning outcomes and improved accessibility. Prepare a detailed research report,validate with stakeholders, and provide steps to build and sustain an alumni nework.

Qualification/Requirement:

The consultant should posses:

At least a Masters degree with research in the Social Sciences, Education or related fields of study.
Proven experience in conducting tracer studies or educational research.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and stakeholder engagements.
Familiarity with the private education landscape in Ghana, particularly LFPS.
